are 1G and 2G O2 housings the same?

I need to know if 1G and 2G O2 housings are the same.
I am planning on buying an O2 elim. DP from RNR. The DP that best fits a mirage turbo with the 4G63 swap is a 2G FWD, however, that is with the regular 1G O2 and I need to know if the 1G and 2G are the same. If not, I may need to see if they can get me a pipe with a 1G O2 eliminator part and a 2G FWD DP portion.

I have never even opened the hood of a 2G, thats why I ask. I am purely a 1G man

A 2g bolts on a 1g no problem, O2 is down lower but has no problem fitting, hope this helps.

2g flows better and there's more casting to be removed when porting.
