I was wondering if it is possible to run my small 16G setup 550's w/ 190 pump w/out the SAFC for brake in. Also what would be a good brake in sequence for my turbo??

No, you will run waaayyyy rich. Either put in your stock injectors or hook up that safc.

Ummm break in for the turbo???? as long as you oiled it before running it then it's go to go, there is no break in required.
