Is there any benefit you gain from either one? Is it just a matter of opinion? If so which would you recommend and what brands?

The stock 02elim is a BIG restriction
Even ported its still a restriction.

The 02 elim downpipe will outflow any ported 02 housing

$300 for a o2 elim 3" downpipe is a steal from that site

And $600 for a full 3" turboback 02elim is even more of a steal!
It comes with a 3"exhaust
