raised pressure

Has anybody raised the pressure of their cooling system through a higher pressure rated cap? If so have you had any problems with it? Any responses would be apprciated.

Unless you have some really outstanding reason for this, do not do it. Yes, there have been problems reported by some who have gone to a higher-pressure radiator cap.

That makes sense, because now I'm chasing a ghost in my cooling system. It worked fine for about 20 miles then bam it just started boiling over.
