up graded intercooler pipe

i am getting the upper intercooler pipe upgraded this weekend with a larger throttle body. Does any one know if this will give me a very noticeable diffrence in power? will it raise my boost at or or effect my boost any? The other mods on my car are a removed turbo silencer and i have taken out the little restrictor thing thats on the air can.

Nope. Don't waste your money. Do the exhaust first. For the $150+ you're going to waste on an UIP, you could have a catback that will net you 10-15 HP with stock boost. And for God's sake, you don't need to mess with the throttle body when you don't even have a boost controller. Do some research. People have run low 13's with an exhaust, boost controller, and fuel pump.
