Alright Guys... I have gotten my job at valentinos and am continuing in the quest of hitting my 12 second timeslips... IM going to give you guys a list of my mods I have right now and what i really NEED... Can you guys feel Free To Post what you think will help me out to finish this project and make it run well for street Use....

Mod List...

Custom 3 inch exhaust
Dejon tool intake pipe/ Filter
Safc
Walbro 255 lph Fuel pump
Ported 16g turbo
Ported 2g exhaust Mani
Ported 02 Sensor Housing
Accel 8.5mm Wires
Turbo xs MBC
1g Cams
1g BoV


What I believe I need

* act 2600 Clutch*
* Xact Flywheel*
* 550 cc Injectors*
* Innovate Lm1 Wideband*
* FmIC with all the piping*
* MAYBE 55 shot with GOOD tuning*
* 1g INtake mani*
* 1g Throttle body*



Feel free to tell me parts I do need and what parts of the * what i think i need section should be taken out...* Over the last 6 months i have been puting quite a bit of time into my car, and every little bit of help you guys give me is really good.

OR with the 4,000 what would you do with the * what i need section*

just my .02 but..

I would get:
2600 kit
650cc injectors
AFPR
Good FMIC with short route piping
1G t body
I'm guessing your 3" exhaust includes a down pipe but if not a good down pipe.
DSMChips.com eprom chip if you've got that good old 95 EPROM ECU
HKS 272/264 cams

That should put you well into the 12s on race gas and probably a good high 12 on pump.

I'd scratch that flywheel, NO2, and 1G manifold off the list for sure and put that money into the cams. If you've got a little more money after that, adj cam gears and have them degreed.

Edit: Just with my list, that's only about $2300. Throw down a bunch of money for Dyno tuning and degreeing those HKS cams, you're way below the $3000 mark. You could still add that flywheel if you want and even the 1G manifold or a complete 1G head. Good luck
 
a 1g manifold isnt gonna do much unless you get a 1g head too. so if your thinking off geting one, get both.
 
the clutch and injectors along with a good tune will get you in the 12s if your a decent driver. Also, do you have LSD in your awd? That helps as well. My brother has the evo 3 16g and went 12.99 @ 20psi and could have turned it up to 23 psi on race gas. He doesnt have cams or 1 g intake manifold either. He has a front mount, but it is a starion w/ custom short route piping and we've heard that it flows just about the same as the stock intercooler, so its my belief and i know its been done time and time again that you can get into the 12s with the stock intercooler.
 
What should i do with the leftover money than??? and how long do you think my tranny will last afterwards...

ur 3in exhaust..r u talkin bout a turbo-back or cat-back...cuz if ur not, u need tha turbo-back...btw, Y Nitrous :barf: ??cmon, u dnt need it. if ur 100% set on 12s, id say bigger injectors w/ more tuning, improved internals??fmic is a good idea... keep makin $$$!!! :thumb:
 
I would like a 12.5 but i dont know what all i would need... I think i know the mix for a 12.9.... Once i get all this done im thinking of boosting up to a 20g turbo... I have figured that i will never be satisfied with what i have and will just keep on going...
 
If you really want to make that 12.5, a larger turbo would probably make it easier. A 20G or something like an AGP 50trim wouldn't cost all that much. The 16G can do it, don't get me wrong. You'll just have less room for bad tuning.
 
The tunning, I have a couple of friends who have had no problems with there cars and have had the experience of the car for quite a while now, they know how to tune and i see them quite a bit, i shouldnt see a problem with them helping me with tuning, and they still havent failed to blow any shit up :)
