new turbo still runs like a terd

ok, i have a 90 1g, with 91 motor, comp is 155 on all 4, I have the stock injectors in for now till i have the car running propper with my afc zeroed out, I justput this motor in last month, ran like crap, set the timing, ect, had a big ported 16g on it and it pulled absolutely great, old motr had a dead cylinder, 40lbs low on the other 3,,,,,anyways, the 16g took a pretty bad crap all of a sudden so i got a t3t4 57 trim from bullseye, well i got it on, new oil lines, ect, but the car acts like it doenst want to boost at all, runs fine at idle but also under load sometimes it gets this studdering like no other then poof its gone, im totaly lost and after all ive had to replace after the motor swap im pretty sick of spending money, any clues??? oh yes before just going out and driving i put oil into the feed line, also cranked the motor over a good bit to get oil flowing, ect to avoid a dry startup, ,,,just thought id put that in before i got that as an answer
 
When the car breaks up(stutters), Is there black smoke coming out the exhaust? Mine was doing the same thing, Once I got everything all together, It needed to be tuned really bad. It did not want to boost, And when it did, It would be really laggy, Like 4500rpm it would just start to spool.
Do you have bigger injectors? I suggest you put them in. I put my stock 450cc injectors in the car, To try and get it to run, And it was horrible. The car would not go, It would stutter really bad, I couldent even drive it. As soon as I put my 680's in, The car ran but would break up, up top(5500-6000) is when it would start. I leaned it out and it started to pull alot harder.
I would get a fuel pump and injectors, Then have the car tuned, Definatly. With a larger turbo, You should definatly have the fuel mods!

EDIT : Also, Do you have a logger? If so, What is it saying?
 
i havnt tried logging it yet im so freakin tired, but i have a walbro 255lph pump, and ill put my 550s back in and see what happens when i get back from florida and see what happens, i took it back out and havent got anymore stuttering, but its VERY laggy, like spooling like you said at around 4500, i didnt want to spool it hard till i break it in but let it get to 10 lbs and it pulled well, however on the way back, first gear only a few lbs and in second just 10, so whats the idea so far, when i get back monday ill put the 550s back in and start working the logger and afc
 
Also check for exhaust leaks around the turbo. This happened one other time to me also and it was alot of little exhaust leaks and I was leaking alot of oil from the oil feed line, Not letting the turbo get all the oil, That was on my old turbo but it still had really slow spool up. I agree also you should check for boost leaks then tune the car.
 
I think you had a leanmixture breaking up. 450's? I can only run 13 PSI on a 50 trim and 550's. A 57 trim will need a set of 720's at least. i am going to run 710CC's with my 50 trim. YOU NEED FUEL!!!! Mark
