Cometic head gasket advice

I have a 1990 mitsubishi mirage. I have also have a built block that I'm putting together. I have JE pistons total seal rings. eagle rods. I had the bock decked and bored and honed with a torq plate. I just had my head resurfaced. I have ARP hardware through out the whole block. Today I'm installing my cometic head gasket and need to know if anyone else uses copper spray with cometic head gasket. Is it common practice. I've also heard of people using mopar head gasket spray. Thanks for your time.

use permatex copper spray.

Permatex coper spay. OK so you have used this with a cometic head gasket.

ive used it with a 4 layer mitsu headgasket, im not big on cometic headgaskets. But theyre is NO harm in using the spray, it can only help, so why not?

You used the copper head gasket spray from autozone.

Alright I lost the damn papers on my arp hardware and I know that they are different from stock. Does anyone have the torq specs on the head bolts rod cap bolts and main cap bolts for arp not stock thanks again for the informaion

alright I found the head gasket which is 81 with arp lube and 105 with 30wt oil. I can't seem to find the ones for the rod caps or bering caps. I found a sheet on arp hardware thats I donwloaded from arp but I don't know whethere I have 170 190 or 220 tensile stenght bolts and I don't know the demensions of the botls etiher all of the specs are for sized bolts it doesn't actually specify eclipse main and rod caps.
