Timing Jumped...Piston Damage?

my timing jumped and all my valves are bent and my rocker arms are destroyed. What is the likelyhood that my pistons or anything else in the bottom end got damaged?

I had 2 valves hit the piston and it was fine. The only way to tell is to take the head off and look.

My old gst jumped timing and bent a bunch of valves, but my pistons were fine, I bought a used head off the classifieds and threw it on, worked perfect
