help with 660cc denso injectors

I got these from a guy on dsmtrader and they have two different heads on them, two of them have rubber grommets that I can remove the others just have plastic that I cant remove, and can anyone tell if these are for sure 660cc's? oh and btw the clip things were blue they were just painted black

It looks like they replaced the pintel cap with a CIS style o-ring. Go to a local injector shop and have them order some new pintel caps for you.

I suppose you could, but that's some real ghetto jury rigged stuff. The pintel caps cost like $10 for a set of four, it's not expensive.
