BCS free mod done, impressions

hey guys. just did the bcs removal free mod for stocker dsms. it literally took 5 minutes. i can feel it pull a little better which is expected but what was weird is that the stock boost gauge was reading less boost than usual when i was WOT approaching the red line. i heared that stock boost gauge is a pos so i wont believe it until i get real a gauge which is sometimes soon =).

Yeah, stock gauge is a "guess" based on airflow #'s

Expect a bigger gain from a BOV upgrade then the BCS mod --- when I didn't have a boost controller, I had to put that lil restrictor back in. Without it (and an upgraded bov) I was hitting 17psi on the T25

now thats weird because i already have a 1g bov and uip in place. i thought that it should not be hitting anything higher than 13-14psi. hmm should i put it back to avoid possible problems? im still running stock fuel system. hmm i also didnt hit a fuel cut when i was testing things out.

...your trusting the stock boost gauge. its not even a gauge. its an uneducated guess.
