Low End Torque, T28 or Small Mitsu 16G ported??

Forgive me if I forget some details (n00b alert!!), but I've got a GReddy Type-S BOV, and will be getting 2.5" downpipe with 3" cat back. 2.5" intake, 2.5" UIC. For the low end torque, which turbo is better, T28/ported or a Mitsu small 16G ported? I don't really care about HP, just getting off the line as quick as possible and holding boost to about 7K RPM...

turbos usually dont help you out with low end torque.... youll need more type things that N/A engines use to supe up to get more torque.... things like, intake, cams, compression, stuff like that. not much more. thats the only thing i dont like about my eclipse is the low end isnt the greatest.

Your still learning. A big turbo will get you off the line quick when you learn how to drive. Both those turbos will feel similar. I doubt I could tell a difference if I wasn't told about it.

Yes the 29 and 16g are very very similar in every aspect. Since you have a 2g Id say just go with the t28. They are getting more and more popular and there are very quik car running great times with them now. Either way Im sure youll be happy...

Well... I'm not sure if spool time helps or translates into torque or not, but I'd say Big28! My Big28 spools up quick and hits hard, and has lots of low end torque, plus very good topend.
