Princeton,
Plan on having a street car putting down like 320-350 hp planning on running a t-28 or smaller auto-x turbo, do I really need a 3inch mandral bent, what is a better budget exhuast, alothough the rnr 3inch t-back for 500 is nice, could I run with a 2.5 inch t-back what would you guys suggest, trying to keep the price down but if it's real important I'd go 3inch.

It might be hard to get that much power out of a smaller turbo. If you want that much power you should probably go with a 3 inch catback and a 2 1/2 inch downpipe. The 3 inch down pipes usually are too big to bend nicely to the o2 housing. Pretty much that setup is what most guys use. I have it on my car.
