boost spike...

i just got a nice lil UICP and BOV, so now i actually have control over my boost. one problem i have noticed when setting my boost is that at WOT it hits ..say...17, then goes down to 16. is this 1-2 psi spike bad for the car? can it be fixed? does it need to be fixed? i know i probabaly shouldnt run over 16psi boost.

it is not bad. It should be only for a second. I would worry about i think just about all mbc's doo that. mine does from 2nd to 3rd. i have had it spike to 21psi before oops

Had mine to 23 psi, fast, scary, and a little stupid.

i have a greddy profec and mine likes to spike VERY high also, is there
anything that can be done about this?
