I just put the small FMIC w/ piping and type s BOV. Now my O2 readings seem alot lower on my a/f gauge (Gadgetseller type) during cruising and partial throttle. Even tried resetting ECU, but still happens. Is this normal?

going from a smic to a fmic really messes with you fuel tables. If you have a logger and can see your fuel trims I would guess that they are in the high side now. Meaning that there is not enough range in the stock computer to dump more fuel at open loop operation. IF you have some sort of fuel control just richen things up a little.
