This is an open ended question. You should probably do a little more research about turbos. Are you asking because you're looking to buy a turbo or trying to cause trouble?

right well..to me it sounds like you shouldnt even be driving a turbo car. Like Lud said try researching on the subject before posting something so open ended like this. There are so many factors that make a turbo good.

all you need to do is install a turbodiscombobulator in you're catilatic converter:laugh: no but seriously a cat will do the trick at emissions time.
