i would vote both. LOL

i've ran both 6's on my t25 and 6's and 7's on my b16g... no difference to me

*edit* i dont think a poll would be too good in this situation.. because EVERY car will respond differently to the two heat ranges, and of course its dependant on alot of other variables too [ fuel, turbo, amount of boost, etc etc ]

Did you have problems with a .028" gap because .026" is a bit smaller than I have read. I run .028" at 20psi on my 14b with no knock or hesitation. Since I have always thought the largest gap you can run cleanly is the optimum setup. Each setup is different, but just looking for some input or comments.

im not using this poll to decide im just curious what all of you are running

im not running over 16psi cuz i dont have the fuel to support it right yet (stock injectors)so i still dont know what i should use
 
I gapped them to .028" like the BPR6ES's I was replacing. Kept stuttering when boost hit, and stuttered only when I was above 15psi. So I lowered the gap to .026" and it runs great.

I am using the 7's, I by no means gained hp but my performance got cleaner with the b16g over the 6's. I would say its like using a hard lower ic pipe over stock, better throttle response but no power gains.
