A Problem About Boost Controler Tuning

Now I got a problem about boost controler tuning. I have a 92 Mistubishi Eclipse GSX which powered by EVO IV engine with EVO stock turbo. And now, I have a Blitz Daul SBC Spec R Bosst controler. Could you tell me any data of the boost controler tuning and how to tune and save data on the controler?
I have another question. I have never modified ECU and fuel system. Do you have any helpful advice about re-programming or change another programmed aftermarket ECU?
