HELP me PLEASE !! safc and AVCR stopped working

Ok for some stupid reason i had just completeed my t3/t4 turbo install and pt in my new 720cc injectors adn my new walbro 255lph fuel pump. then for some stupid reason i go to start teh car and my SAFC and my AVCR have no power. screen wont light up or anything. and them not working is for some reason causeing my car to not start now.

only thing i can think of is that when i did my turbo upgrade i swapped out the 02 sensor for a new unit and they game me one that had the wrong wires. so i havent plugged it in yet. its just in the housing and not actually plugged in. i dont think this woudl cause the SAFC or AVCR to stop workign. but hey i dont know maybe.

anyway, any help woud be nice. i have already checked all my fuses and even went back through the wires and re sadered them together to make sure there wasnt any loose connections.

please help me out, this is pissing me off and i cant tune my car if the the damn thing wont start.

It looka like you should propably change your signature. On another light check the positive harness connection at your batterey terminal . To have both components fail is highly unlikely and I doubt if you are getting power to the Wiring harness.

Well the SAFC is useless without your O2 installed and working so you won't be able to tune your car anyways. But check all your fuses. Might just be something very simple like a blown fuse.

dont like my signature? i thought it was kinda funny. anyway, what type of fuse could that be. all my interior things work great. lkike my radio AC heater, blah blah blah. nothing is bad except those 2 units (SAFC & AVCR). I will chekc the battery again but i am pretty sure it is fine. and i know that without the 02 sensor i cant tune it but its just bugging me cause they arent working and i dont know why.
