Which exhaust powers your ride???

Ok lets see those exhaust! I need some ideas, I finally have some money for an exhaust and im going in circles. Apex-i ?? HKS???. But what the hell. What kind of exhaust are you guys running and how do you like it? Let em rip

2.5" pipe hacked off somewhere after the cat and dumped out the passenger side ...my car was a victim of a ricer (blue interior, couldn't figure out how to hook up boost gauge, when i went to buy the car and the turbo motor ....."is this supposed to spin?" as he ATTEMPTS to spin the impellar wheel) :laugh: and i don't have the money for a 3" turbo back so it'll have to do...but i'm lookin at the burschur setup for my ride if that helps.

edit: did i mention he was tryin to hook up the boost gauge with the N/A motor still in the car? this guy was a winner

On my car as of now: ported stock manifold, o2 housing and ported big 16g. Than I have a megan racing 2.5in into 3in downpipe and ATR full SS 3in system. Works great and sounds great low rumble/growl with a little bit of turbo whistle through the exhaust. If your looking for apex or hks, save your self several hundred dollars and go ATR.

I'm running the 2.5" to 3" n1 apexi dp with a 3" apexi dunk megaphone cat back at wot it screams at lower rpms it sounds like just a cat back. If noise is a concern it is fairly loud. From what I've heard Thermal is one of the quietest cat backs.

Is this regarding the power extreme? I have the same set up. I don't think it is a "full" 3" system as it has a neckdown to bolt to the stock cat. Then it opens up a little to a lonnnnggg resonator. Mine may be different becasue it is a fed. I still need ot have the neck down cut and I will probably replace the resonators with some 3" pipe
