a lightend flywheel will help you rev up faster, and some underdrive
pulleys would help also. check out the findeza flywheel and some
unorthodox racing pulleys

i have a fully built bottom end with all that and a fully ported and polished head with retainers cam springs etc ... what u think i can rev to ?

It is really up to your cams now. With stock cams, you are not going to see huge gains by reving much higher than the stock redline. If you have a set of HKS or equivalent, you could probably rev to 8000 or even 8500 and still make great power. I am not sure how well that B16G is going to breathe up top, but it should do okay. A clip on the turbine wheel would make its job a bit easier. Understand too, shifting may start getting difficult at these engine speeds. I take no responsibility for you hurting your engine--proceed at your own risk.

One more thing, unless you have ECU mods, you are going to hit the stock fuel cutoff around 7500.
