I have been looking around for a bigger turbo for about a month now and I found this on dsm trader. It’s a brand new TO4B 50 trim with a 60 A/R hot side with a t3 manifold with 38mm waste gate fitting, all for $550. The price is what made me raise the bs flag so I e-mailed him and asked for his phone number, so I could call him. When I called him he didn’t seem like he was bsing me. The question i'm getting at is when I started looking into the pics I seen where the o2 was supposed to bolt up at and I have never seen this configuration. So I searched it on Google and here and came up with nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

That's a Garrett hotside. He's selling a full Garrett turbo, not a DSM bolt on turbo. If you want to run it on your car you need to get a T3 exhaust manifold and custom O2 housing, or replace the turbine housing with one that will fit that turbo and still bolt onto your stock mani and O2, such as the one from www.bullseye-power.com

The T04B compressor housing is smaller than the T04E housing that the 50 trim usually comes with. I hope he's not selling the rare and small T3 50 trim.

The manifold comes with the turbo I can post a pic of that too, but that’s not my question. My question is that bolt configuration where the o2 house would bolt up. That’s not a standard t3 o2 bolt pattern. I went to many performance web pages before posting this, and none had a bolt pattern like that for a t3 o2 housing.

That housing looks like the small garrett 6-bolt discharge which is not commonly used. I know PTE doesn't use that housing and does not have any flanges or gaskets to work with it. I can't tell with the information provided how good the turbo will fit your application. - Brian

thank you for your reply, I think i am going to pass on the set up because there has to be a reason why hes selling it that cheap, and that might be the reason because he cant find an o2 housing to bolt up to it.

Thanks for your help
Shawn
