new gasket for eliminator downpipe?

I just got my 3" turbo-back O2 eliminator exhaust from RNRracing. It didn't come with a new gasket for where the downpipe meets the turbo. I called my local Mitsu dealer dealer and asked them for the oxygen sensor housing gasket on the turbo side. They said they only sell it with oxygen sensor housing. So, 2 questions:

1. Do I even really need a new gasket? (my car is a 97 with about 50K on it).

2. If so, where can I buy just the gasket I need?

Yes you do need one.

And your dealer is retarded if they won't seel you just a gasket. Mine will.

I called a different dealership in town and they will sell me just the gasket for like $5.

I've got another somewaht related question. Should I go ahead and replace my oxygen sensor while I'm in there? Again I've got like 50K, but I don't have any problems in terms of gas mileage or anything else.

If I do get one, is an Autozone one OK or should I go to the dealer?
