I just installed a Greddy Type S Blow off valve on my 97 talon tsi. I also have upper and lower intercooler pipes and an injen intake. After i installed the bov today my car doesn't want to accelerate and starts to jump in 2nd after about 4000 rpms. It will also do the same thing all the way up to 5th gear. This only happened after i installed the bov. I have adjusted the bov about a million times and tried every thread. If someone can help or knows what might be happening please reply. ASAP

Are you venting? If you are, DONT! Recirc. it. if that does not fix it, you most likely have one of the bad Type S valves. Take it apart, and coat the rubber diaphram with RTV silicone. That should fix it.

Hm, I'm having the same thing, but I bought the car and it already had the Type-S BOV along with everything else, and I was assuming it was fuel cut or bad plugs/wires. I guess I'll try recirculating, but where can I get the right size hose and clamps?

Thanks,
Spidey
