N/A Head on 2g Turbo what will it take to work?

I have a n/a Head and i want to put it on my turbo 2g. I was just wondering If anyone has a page online that would give me step by step instructions and also what should i put into the internals ( valves, springs, retainers, cams exc.) Thanks, Jason

My grandpa rebuilds engines and he is going to do all the work for free. I just was wondering where I have to positon the cam sensor in all reallity. Also the ports are much bigger on the 1g head and create more HP.

seeing how the 1g flows way more than the 2g i think that would be obvious

Take a look at the ports on the NT headports compared to the turbo head ports. 2g heads are not like the 1gs were as they are interchangable. You will have to hog out serious amouts of material in the ports for it to be worth while or even work properly. And unless you have it CNC ported to take the same amount of material out your port flow #'s will be way off.
I made this mistake several month's ago and bought a 2g NT head on ebay thinking they were like the 1gs

He never said he was going to be using a 1g head.
