i already have the downpipe so i would like to know which of the above turbos won't creep. Or will i have to port the waste gate port regardless?

I'd go EVO...Thats what I'm running. I'm still waiting for a FMIC and injectors/fp so I'm keeping the boost to like 12psi, but its still really fast. It holds boost rock solid on stock o2, stock dp, and a 2.5'' catback. Spoolup is only a little slower than the t-25, but its not very noticable at all. t-28 is still built on garrett internals, which after seeing the remains of my poor t-25, I don't trust anymore. Go mitsu.

i would like to go evo, but im concerned with boost creep with my 3inch o2 eliminator

Go evo, just get a cat if you start seein creep, ive got the o2 elim. from rnr in a 3 inch and it didnt stop creep at all, not until i put the cat in

If you are replacing the o2 housing then tyou should be fine either way, but if I were to guess the t28 would creep more then the 16g. Being as though the turbine housing on the t28 is smaller(for quicker spool) and the 16gs is a little bigger(top end).
