I want to stroke my mototr, but i have a 7 bolt. Im intrested in buying a 6 bolt, but i was just wondering what else would i need to change with the swap, or would it just drop in, keep in mind i have a 1g? i plan on storking the 6 bolt. Thanks

1g 7bolts arent like the 2g that are notorius for walking..but to answer your question, no you shouldnt have to change anything..ive heard that the front motor mount is different, meaning you might need to use a 1g 7bolt front motor mount, or visa vera. but im not positive on this...eitherway not a big deal

just make sure you get the replacement/aftermarket parts for the correct motor/head when you rebuilt everything.

Doing a 6 bolt 2.3L is no different than doing a 2.0l 6 bolt swap. The only things that are different between the two are the internals that have nothing to do with the placement of the motor.
