I have a choice I can buy a 16g turbo now and wait to get the new intercooler piping and downpipe.What does everybody recommend?

Hmm...since you have to take the front end off of the car to put in the intercooler and disassemble alot upfront I would think you would want to get that done and over with first.
Basically if you do the intercooler and the downpipe you will already have better supporting mods for your larger turbo..

get the downpipe and IC piping first. they are importent for the turbo

Depending on the price of the 16G you may want to buy it yet not install it right away.
