GreenBelt,
DSM-Performance set a new Dyno record with an "untouched" off-the-shelf ETE73 internally gated.

Jeff Elliott's AWD 1G Talon developed 633 horsepower @ the WHEELS on an AWD Dyno.

the turbo used was a ETE73 , with its stock T66 Compressor Wheel and T4 High Flow Compressor Housing!!!

Pretty impressive, gotta love those Garret Turbos.

i really love what dsm-performance has done with these garret turbos:D what a awesome idea, jeffs car looked awesome on saturday. you could tell he had to tune it a bit. however you could tell that car had a HOLE lot more than the 10.4 it ran on saturday with a internal gate *man i love this stuff*

As rough as Jeff’s season went last year I wish him nothing but the best he deserves it. But I have heard from several sources that the 633 to the wheels was on the bottle. I would like to know how much he was actually spraying before I am knocked out of my chair in surprise.

He had a 100 shot. He needed at least a 50 to spool the turbo.

This is the story I heard. Jeff got the car back together Thursday, Took it to the dyno on Friday, Raced it on Saturday ran a 10.4 @143. Got rained out on Sunday.

I have yet to see the time slip, but I heard that his 60' times were not the best. He is using a new Clutch masters multi disk clutch that Has a very light pedal feel. I know that would throw me off.

I hope to hear more good stuff about Jeff this year. He works hard for it. If nothing else maybe he will give Sheapard some competition this year.. :)

The dsm shops's page said a 1.75 60ft. That rain on Sunday sucked I was looking forward to going to IDRC for the past few weeks. It had to be even worse for all the racers that spent big money for travel, food, and lodging.

There is NO company by the name of "The DSM Shop" any more.

Jeffs 60' have been in the 1.5 sec range

Jeff qualified #2 today (4-27-02) with a shakedown pass of 10.4 @ 143mph on a paltry 1.75 sixty footer. Good luck in eliminations.

Jeez throw me a bone here.

1.5 sec 60' times are some from whathe had last year. He had the 1.75 sec 60' the other day.

IPT:

i saw his 60' times first hand saturday, and they were horrible. the car has a ton more than 10.4 in it from what i saw we was bagging top track;)
