Will a 2g radiator work in a 1g?

found a nice deal on aluminum 2g radiators i was wondering if i got a 2g radiatior if it would mount into the 1g mounts? i could get custon hoses for the offset? any info would be helpfull.

no the little nipples(or what ever u wanna call them) on the bottom of the rad will not line up with the 1g lower brackets.

Do the top nipples line up? and are the dimensions the same? I have a DN Performance T3 manifold on my 2g and the upper radiator hose runs right into the manifold. If I were able to use a 1g radiator the hose would be fine. If the dimensions are the same I know I can custom mount the radiator to fit. Anyone know about the dimensions?

haha i tired that manifold and couldnt get it to fit also, i tired doing the same thing you are but said f it. you have to send that manifold back and get there other style t/3 manifol that mounts the wg of the o2 housing only one that fits on our 2g.

Next question... I noticed that a non-turbo has the upper radiator hose coming off the passenger side. Does the lower hose also come off the passenger side? if so that would solve my problem. Everything else fits fine. It's just the upper radiator hose that's holding me up.

i looked into that also but i just gave up and got the other manifold. your o2 housing fits because i had to get one custom for that manifold sense it moves the turbo over a good 2''

The non-turbo won't work. The lower pipe comes out on the drivers side. I'm making a custom downpipe that will fit since the manifold moved everything over 2". I've been planning on that. My only problem left is the upper hose but I have one more thing I'm going to try and I'm pretty sure I can get it to work. Thanks for your help.
