I've had this thing for quite a while and it's always worked fine but now that I'm tryin to do a boost leak test, I can't even keep the intake pressurized because of that little hole on the boost controller. It bleeds air after only a few psi. I can plug it with my fingure and go from there, but that's metered air leaking out even if it's only a little. Is it supposed to do this?
 
I'm having the same issue.

I did a MHI EVO III 16G swap from my T-25 and a PR FMIC at the same time. I have driven the car a few times and noticed that I'm getting a whistling sound when I boost past 9psi. I had the Hallman set to 11psi for all 3rd gear pulls and each time it would whistle >9psi. I Thought I had everything tightened up, but after doing a boost leak test I found 5 leaks. IC piping clamps and small throttle body leak. I also noticed that the Hallman bleeder valve was whistling as well as 2 of 4 injector seals. Had to plug the MBC with my finger so I could listen around for other leaks too.

IC clamps were fixed first and then onto the Injectors. I noticed if I moved the harnesses side to side it wouldn't leak as much (I've got EVO 560cc to replace the stock ones once I install V3 and Innovate LC-1). The throttle body cable linkage was not fixed because it didn't matter how tight the nut was, it still leaked a little bit.

So I should be good once those are all fixed?
