As the title suggests, I'm looking for a front mount kit that also includes piping for a blow-thru set up. I believe Dejon Tool sells one, but I'm looking for something else. Also, my 91 GSX is my daily driver, so I won't be able to simply buy a core and take it to a shop to have piping made for it, I really can't have my car down for too long. That's why a kit would be easier for me. If anyone knows of a quality kit, please let me know.

You can get any kit and just cut off part of the charge pipe and use silicone reducers to mount the MAF. That’s what i did and it's works grate and looks clean with the T-bolt clamps.

The car has a thingy called a mass air flow sensor, its the black box right after the intake filter. The turbo draws air through this and it meters the air and it has to do with the fuel injection. On a blow through the air sensor is moved down past the turbo so the air is pushed through it instead of drawn though, it supposed to be more accurate or something and you can vent the BOV with no problems.

what size GM MAF did you get? I have the 3" and with a 3"->2.5" silicone hose connector reducer, it doesn't fit. The 3" MAF is actually almost 3.25" OD and therefore the reducer is too small. If you know where to get proper sized reducers, let me know. Thanks.

Give Slowboyracing a call. It not listed on there site but they will make it for you thats what my cousin did but it wont be cheap I think its about 1500. FMIC with custom piping and the Blow through setup in altogether. Its badass

pm me if u like my FMIC set up. I can hook you up with the guy that made it. He made the piping and the core. Both with all connectors and clamps for like 850 I think.

Just boil the couplers and it will slip on easy thats what i did.

www.fullthrottlespeed.com, makers of the MAFt, sell 2.5 to 3.25 couplers so you dont have to arse around with it. Get a FMIC kit with short route piping, like the SBR kit, and just cut out a section of pipe as long as the MAF is. Shouldnt cost more than 1200 total (~850 for the FMIC, ~300 for MAF and MAFt). I did this, but made a 3-3.5" UICP to use the 3.5" MAF. Check out my page at www.posracing.net for pics, there is a link in my mod list. It may give you some ideas.
