Who is using IRC FMIC kit for 14b/16G J-pipe setup?

I am concern if the J-pipe require slim fan or will work with stock fan? Any pictures or info appreciated. Thanks.

I dont have any pics off hand, but I have the IRC FMIC on a 1G with a 14b. I am also using their j-pipe. If you only use a fan on the passenger side, then a stock one will do. If you need to put a fan on the drivers side you have to use a slimline. Any questions let me know. I could take some pics for ya.

Thanks for the reply. I have only the radiator fan. The A/C fan is long gone. If you can post a picture or two will be great. I want to see how much space is left with the stock fan there.

Actually you can move the passenger side fan about an inch towards the fender, the 14b or 16g will clear it w/ pipes. Just go to Home Depot and get some brackets and bolts. That's what I did.

I would personally love to see pics also... if the fan is not needed w/ the Jpipe... then I'm sure the rest of my customers would love to know this info when inquiring about the FMICs. Also make sure to look at the passenger side of the radiator... does the fan hang over too much?

I just installed my IRC FMIC on my 1G with a 16G and J pipe. Slim line fan BARELY fits on passenger side. No way it'll fit drivers side with the pipes and clamps there. At least not for me. I'll try to get some pics before I go away.
