..and by stock i mean 23 psi! after i installed my 3" exhaust i had nasty boost creep which i was expecting...so yesterday we ran a few runs and the car ran great but it would creep to 21 to 23 psi and as much fun as that is i cant afford a new turbo anytime soon...so anyway i completely removed my MBC so its all stock now but its still over 20 psi...anyway i can get this lower without porting my wastegate and o2? eventually i will get good shit but the stock stuff has to work for now...any thoughts for me?

If you cant lower your MBC anymore than I would get a nice (tubular) O2 housing. This will help the exhaust get out of the wategate and lower your creep. Your creep is all from your (wastegate exhaust) not exiting the turbo. I would buy one from eather victory performance or turbo trix they both make a very nicely stainless tig welded tubular 2.5" O2 housing that will out flow and eliminate creep better than any ported factory piece.
They are expesive but the best there is/ around 3 bills. It will work for now while saving for a ported turbo and 34mm flapper. ;)

If you have porting tools, then it wouldnt cost you.

But, you would always throw your stock dp on till you get more money or time to take the turbo off and port the wg area and get a bigger flapper.

After I installed my 3" cat back on my car I was also getting nasty boost creep. Only hours after the exhaust was on I blew the head gasket and haven't driven it since. I pulled the motor to rebuild the whole thing, and when i was looking at the diaphram on the wastegate it seemed to be stuck. I would check this, a mbc can't lower boost any lower than it already is, check the source of the problem.
