check engine light

how do you get rid of the check engine light?i got it after i changed my injectors and my pump. I have 550 injectors and a walbro 255lph.

mine came on after i changed my exauast system and added an intake..it seams when ever i start changing something it will do that... wither a sensor is bad and needs to be replaced or maybe you can do what i did and unplug your computer and let it sit for like an hour... it reset mine and it hasnt come back on since.... i might be wrong so dont quote me..... this is just the actions i took... might not be right...

yeah try resetting your ecu....it should only take a minute or two..unplug your negative battery cable and let it sit, then put it back on

You can go to AutoZone and have them erase it with their cheap OBD2 scanners.

just unhook your battery and it will turn off. However without any tuning it will come back on as you are running too rich.

A few weeks ago, I got a check engine light from washing my car. Turned out that washing my car causes O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction.

Nothing under the hood. Damn, I edited my msg after you posted. Maybe you can shed some light on my mystery.
