what stage clutch?

im gonna be pushin around 20psi on a t3/t4 turbo with intercooler.
just woundering what stage clutch i will need? im thinkin stage 3 not sure though

umm stage can't help you with that, but i could recommend a act 2600 or 2900 clutch kit, have had good luck with act, the 2600 kit i would recommend for everyday driver if this is going to be strictly a drag car then a 2900 might be the way to go.

but if you are stage crazy then i would say stay stage 2 or 3 would be act 2100 and stage 3 or 4 would be the 2900 heck i have seen websites go up to stage 7 kits.

ACTs aren't really specified as stages. They have a 2100, 2600, 2900 and I know they do some custom stuff as well. Clutchmasters, for example, does "Stages." An ACT 2600 should be fine ... if you wanna hold a little more get a 2600 pressure plate and a 6 puck disk.

Why would you ever use a puck clutch? There are so many better solutions out there.

i would agree with him about a puck clutch don;t try to leave your transmission at the start of the quarter mile when you race, the transmission loves you and wants to be with you all the way down the track. don;t shoot him with a gun

thats why i would try an act 2600 good clutch holds more than stock does

i told him to use the act 2600 first. your giving the other guy credit what ever

there is no stages, these arent hondas.

what t3/t4 do you have? theres like 100000 kinds?

i really think you should just go for 40 psi. tune around that.

staged upgrades have nothing more to do with honda's than with any other car(mostly imports)... thats pretty ignorant..
