first time at the dyno for a little tuning. i got the AFC2 and got that tuned and raised my boost up to 15 psi and i gained 40 wheel HP and 41 Wheel TQ i baslined at 217HP and 186TQ and now i have 257HP and 227TQ i'm pumped :dsm: :thumb:

Not too bad. You should have ran more than 15. With the mods listed you should be able to go higher. I need to get to a dyno soon.

I thought with mods such as yours you should run higher than that!? our cars are 217 stock right?

apexi downpipe injen intake nology plugs and wires greddy evo exhaust greddy type S BOV ported 16G turbo and wstegate DSS upper IC pipe dejon tool lower IC pipe rewired 255 fuel pump ported o2 houseing ported evo3 Manifold AFC2

thats alot of mods to just run 40 more hp isn't it? Not trying to down your setup or nothing like that I wish I had half the stuff you got. My car is stock. Just seems like alot of money and work for little gain... I dunno.

No we are 210 flywheel stock. I dunno how much that translates to at the wheels but he put 257 wheels. Yea he could have definately ran alot more booost with that 255 and AFC. Mine can handle 20 and i don't have fuel mods.

How much you think he could put down to the wheels with that setup? Higher 200's?

i know i need a bigger IC and thats why i have not raised the boost up to 18-20 psi and i want ed to wait to get some 650s to i just don't want to risk blowing the motor for the second time it already crankwalked on me once so not trying to overboost it ya know speacailly without the right mods to boost higher.

you should definitly be able to get more out of it. I would turn up the boost. you should be able to compensate some with the s-afc. bone stock i put down 180 fwhp and 200 ft lbs torque at the wheels. my dyno chart is in my gallery. you put down nice numbers :thumb: :dsm:

At sea level a stock dsm should put down around 170whp. AWD maybe be a little less on an AWD dyno. FWD drivetrain loss is around 19%.

well i think i pulled some good numbers i think some people belive what they read in magazine ads about gain 20 hp and shit because my motor is rebuilt with only about 10000 miles on it so it's pretty brand new so too those that think that i should have more what do you have ??? i'm not trying to be a dick but come on.

Your intercooler is holding you back... 15psi on a 16g you should be around 17-21psi. Those number were ok. I just hope you got some sticky ass tires to put those numbers to the ground.

ok i am done hijacking. this is this saturday with the 14b at 17 psi. this was on my 4th run with a heatsoaked to hell sodemount at 17 psi. it was 90 degrees in the bay :| i need a front mount

vert, id watch your EGT's, your A/F ratio is lean at over 12.1:1.

Try lowering the boost, or adding a lil more fuel.

i already made some corrections on my s-afc :thumb: my egts are fine i don't get them over 1400 so i am alright. as soon as i get a front mount i will put it back on the dyno. :dsm:
