ok heres the problem:

i installed my uicp(greddy) and my mbc(turboxs) about a week ago but didnt get to drive the car until yesterday. i had to wait a week for my c-clip from hks. well i take the car out yesterday for a drive and i get on the gas and the lower pipe fell out. pulled over and fixed it. drove the car around later and it was fine. went to work this morning with no problems. on my way home i go to get on the gas and the car has no power  i let off and barely hear the bov. try to pass someone and the car has no power again so i pretty much coast all the way home at 30mph. i checked all the piping and nothing fell off again i actually lowered my boost and the car still makes no power when i get around 25mph, you can barely hear the bov. im about ready to push the car into the pond accross the street if it doesnt stop actin up:mad: anyone have any ideas???? theres probally something im foregettin to check. any help would be appericated.

i figured it out.

i had to reattach one of the clamps on the intercooler it came loose and fell off.

Good to hear you got it fixed, but if a loose IC pipe makes you want to push your car in a pond then a DSM might not be what you want..I cant speak for everyone but most people I know and alot of stuff I read and from personal experience I must say these cars are a pain.I have owned mine for 8 months and have done (at least)10 times more fixing and maintenence than I did on my Acura which I owned for 2 years..Later corey

yes i am aware that they are a pain, and you really dont know the whole story behind they uicp i just installed now do you??? well let me inform you on why i wanted to push the car into a pond. well i have a hks ssq bov and i broke the c-clip that hold the valve to the uicp. it took a week for the part to get here and i ordered it 2 day shipping. 2days one week you do the math. so needless to say a week with out my car and now a loose ic pipe didnt sit to well with me. so before you go and assume that i dont want my car anymore please get the whole story. cause when you assume you make an ass out of you and me.

Hey great ok, so you broke a C-clip and that waiting a week to drive your car is a big deal..no sure isnt well not in my book, My car has been through hell as well as many of my friends we are always fixing stuff. And no its not because we dont know what were doing its just the fact that when you ask your car to perform on a level that the factory never intended it to its gonna break.Yes people have done this on factory this and ran this on factory that and its been 2 years and nothings broke blah blah blah..don't assume that those people are common, well not in my neck of the woods. My engine has been rebuilt twice and swapped completely once, my tranny has been rebuilt 3 times, my car has had 3 different turbos on it, its had N20, its been there done that.my car has like no mods right now because I think its crankwalked, but I'm not sure. Not al of the rebuilds, trannys, etc.. were since I had the car but I am good friends with the previous owner and know the cars whole story..So why don't you sit down take a chill pill and relax I wasnt being an ass I was just merely trying to prepare for whats to come. I assume you are just starting to mod so when you start getting into bigger mods and destroy somthing for the first time you might understand that I am just trying to tell you to be patient with things, a one week wait for a part is no big deal. You might understand one day that you would rather wait a week for a part then wait 2 months for the money you need to rebuild your motor, and the next time somthing happens, like the boost leak you had from the IC pipe you wont get so pissy, you know what mods you did so therefore check that its a simple concept. After you do that for a while anytime somthing happens you will be like, oh I must have blown another IC pipe off,I must have this or that..anyway have a nice day Corey....
