what is a bolt up turbo for a 95 gst

new into this whole thing...or atleast the 4g63 i know all about the 420a inside and out because i have a neon and i'm getting my gst next week .... i'm looking to get around 300 hp and i know it will be kinda hard to do with the stock turbo (or will it...i am kinda stupid when it comes to boost) if anyone can help me with a plan to get 300 hp at the wheels ..by all means tell me what you know

Look at the tuning guide if it's up but for true bolt up and 300 hp get the FPBig28 turbo.
