I am looking at buying a used internally gated FP Green. I am upgrading to a 255 pump and 660's. Other than that what else will I need besides a 3" intake pipe and probably an exhaust manifold and bigger o2 housing? Or will the stock 2g one's work for that turbo and my current 190 pump and 550's? My mods----
-Fully ported 16G with 34mm wastegate flapper
-Apexi' FMIC
-Quaife Limited Slip Differential
-ACT 2600 Clutch
-ACT X-ACT Flywheel
-HKS Boost control
-Prothane motor mount kit
-K&N FIPK
-Dump tube cut
-Strut tower brace
-DeJonTool upper intercooler pipe
-DeJonTool S Pipe
-DeJonTool lower intercooler pipe
-TurboXS RFL BOV
-Apexi 3" GT spec downpipe
-Apexi 3" Dunk cat-back
-Walbro 190lph fuel pump
-Apexi S-AFC
-DSR 550 injectors
-Pocketlogger
-Accel 8mm wires
-NGK BPR7ES plugs
-Auto meter vaccum/boost gauge to 30 psi
-Auto Meter air/fuel gauge
-Blitz turbo timer
-Symborski shifter kit
-Custom interior
-Toyo tires

Any help is appreciated... Thanks guys

Stock Manifold and 02 Housing will work fine. If you haven't already done so I would take the opportunity to port them both when you put on the Green.

Heh, you better port the HELL out of that o2 housing.

Yeah, definately port the heck out of the O2 housing if your going internal gate. I would personally go to an external gate if it was me. Yes, it will cost abit more, but its worth it imo. I would also get 720's instead of 660's. I might have overlooked it, but what are you using for fuel control? I would recommend DSMLink. You won't be dissappointed. It's not necessary, but to get the most power and reliabiliity, thats the route I would take.

Im using S-AFC and a pocketlogger... DSMLink is definatly in the future! It kicks ass! But right now I'm sticking with what I got. Even though it might not be the best idea. I'm lookin at the evo 3 manifold and a 2.5" o2 housing. Or should I go with 3". I can do porting myself so should I consider porting those? Or are they big enough?
