I bought the 17c from extreme about 4 weeks ago. I got it in the mail and the wastegate was open when it came out of the box. Thinking nothing of it i put it in, the install went fairly easy. When i pulled out the t25 the wastegate was closed. well i put it on and drove it around i no boost stopped and checked everthing over. Well i turned up the boost o like 15 pounds and went off base to test her out. I stopped it and drag launched it. No whell spin at all hmmmm thats is odd considering i just installed a better turbo i hit 3 psi of boost creep. I was like WTF. we did everthin the directions said to do. So we parked it to try and find out why. While i was looking at the old turbo i noticed the wastegate was closed. So i tryed moving the 17c's wastegate and it is stuck. This is BULLSHIT i spent 800$ on a #@%#@%#@%#@%ing turbo that does not even work. No i have to pull out the turbo and possible send it back. I cant put the other turbo back in because the lines are already bet fot the 17c. So i guess i am #@%#@%#@%#@% out of luck.
