craked 2g mani/possible to weld?

Sorry if I posted on the wrong forum, but I have a craked 2g ported mani on the number 4 runner and was wonder if it's possible to weld it or not. I don't want to spend $100 or more on a new one.

Yes you can weld it, but it may crack again.

Welding would work as a temporary fix, but as WhiteGSX stated, it may crack again.
