need help with tranlsation.

Ive never worked on Piston engines..only rotary. Im looking at getting a 92 vr4, but i need help with this. Does this constitute a 'race' engine. Thanks guys, i appreciate the help and understanding.


"From top to bottom: Polised powdercoated blue valve cover, mitsubishi upgraded camshafs, adjustable cam sprockets. Mistu Metal 4 layer Headgasket. Head has been completly redone, new springs, retainers, fastened with all ARP Hardware. Ross Racing Pistons and Rings 8.8:1 connected to Eagle H Rods. The block had been shotpeened, and blue printed."
 
Kinda.

I'm questioning the "upgraded mitsubishi cams" and I don't think you shotpeen the whole block. :confused:
