porting wastegate on a 16G??

i will be getting my wastegate ported next thursday and i bought a 34mm flapper from slowboy racing and i was wondering if thats all you need all i got in the mail was the flapper and i'm not sure how that flapper goes on the accuator arm becasue there is no hardware with it am i missing something??
