pricing at 4300 bucks. Is this some sort of magical turbo? rated output of 500ps. Alot of coin for a snail. Is it worth it?

You are correct sir. That's why they call it HK$. The only thing they make that I would bolt on to the talon are a set of cams, and they are already there.

Dont waste your time. Not being too cheap is important, but HKS is rediculous, and wastefull.
