L2R, Which FMIC???

I have no idea which FMIC i should go with, i was leaning toward the spoolinup cooler or fridge jr. but i've heard that they dont dissapate heat as well as a standard core. So where does that leave me, how bout the IRC race core or maybe the RRE FMIC??

Thanks, anyone else got a reponse to this? also sun are you running the L2R and if so what all was needed to bolt it to up in your 1g ( not supporting mods) also do you external or internally gate and if external on the manifold or on the o2

I plan on running with the indy race core as well as soon as it gets here i cant wait.

I got the internal gate and the inline oil filter having oil feed line with the turbo.

I also replaced all my water lines and banjo bolts with nice new shiny clean ones. I used the stock oil return line. The holes have to be drilled out a bit to fit the bolts that match up to the GT CHRA.

All of my manifold/o2 housing bolts/nuts/studs had been replaced about 4k miles ago when I put the Big16g on (Car is not a daily driver), so I reused all of them.

i have the Greddy and it works fine so far for me.. Id like to upgrade though to the Victory Performance new unit.. thing looks appealing

Every intercooler is a restriction. How much a restriction depends on how well it is designed and much air you are trying to flow through it.

so the answer is YES.. a L2R really "REQUIRES" a FMIC, not a side mount.
