How much boost can I run on my 1g with EVO III turbo without blowing my headgasket????

I have a 1990 talon with 20k miles on the engine. I blew up the 14b by running too much boost in it and I am very parenoid about my boost level. I know that the Big 16g Evo III can handle a lot of boost but i still want to run as much boost as possible but I don't want to blow the headgasket and ruin then engine completely. I am runnin stock injectors but an upgraded fuel pump. please give me suggestions on the amount of boost o should run.

With stock injectors 13-14psi. Seriously with a 14b at 15psi, supra pump, and 55psi BASE fuel pressure I'm at 90% injector duty cycle.
You NEED at least 550s or preferably 660s for 20psi.

Detonation blows head gaskets, not high boost pressure. Keep the knock counts under 7.
