any good shops here in PA. that do timing belt jobs?

not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but.
anyone know of any good shops to have the timing belt/tensioner/waterpump done here in PA.?
i called Slowboyracing and they want $800 to do everything and remove the front balance shaft.

i have a local guy here willing to do just the belts for $300, but wont touch the idea of removing the balancer (never heard of doing that)

any ideas?
i dont have the room in my shop, or the time to do it. i just need it done.
