i know this is a touchy subject...so here goes. on the apexi site (or somewhere), they say you can vent to the atmosphere with the SAFC. it this true?
even with tuning, will it still run and idle bad if i vent to the ATM?

just curious. i dont plan on doing it anytime soon/at all.

There is a function on the AFC but it does not work for our Karman-Type MAS.

I vent to the atm w/ an RFL and I just realized that my car does idle strangely sometimes... When its idling sometimes it will drop to 600-400 RPMs and the oil light will flicker a lil bit.. is this normal?

Sorry to stray off topic, but you just reminded me of that..

Venting to the atmosphere will make your car run like crap(stalling and low idling). Unless your running a vpc(expensive) you can vent to the atm all you want.
The only other way to fix your problem is to vent your bov back into the intake.

ok, just checkin. i'll just custom make the recirc kit for the HKS SS BOV that is far in my dreams
