Does the evo o2 housing and apexi n1 dp bolt up right???
Please let me know ASAP.

Do you recommend, RRE DP or Apexi N1 DP..
Thanks alot.

i sorta had a question like this. I want to go EVO also. What downpipes does the housing fit? would it fit any DSM pipes? or do you gotta get a pipe made just for it or get your current one machined?

No, it probably will not fit. The EVO III O2 housing flange is at a different angle. Check your flange also to see if your holes in it are just a single hole or slotted so you can have some play. The bolt pattern on the EVO III O2 housing is a lot wider than the stock 2g, and i mean it's noticeable. check this pic out. I ended up going to a local muffler shop and paid 75 dollars for them to cut the downpipe at the point forward of the flex section, unbolt it, drop it down, cut the current flange off, bolt up the new bigger flange (local parts store 3 dollars), tack weld the pipe to that, unbolt it again, drop it down, put a good weld on it, bolt it back up, then put a good weld around the flex point. this was a lot cheaper than getting a new rre downpipe. I already have a 3" ss polished and wasn't going to pay any more. compare your prices though with the welding, porting, and the part, to some just ss O2 housings, if you can weld and port yourself, or know someone, go for it, if not, i would look into a ss o2 housing, cuz it's a hassle.

Thanks for the info, just checking up.
I thought thats what RRE said on the website but wanted to double check.

The thing is I have the evo o2 w/ RRE dp, but I'm getting a hell of a deal on the n1 dp. Just trying to save money, but guess not.

Yes it will fit... just attach the 02 to the turbo so the nuts are loose. Then attach the DP to the o2 tightly then attach the DP to cat or exhaust, then finally the turbo to o2...

Not sure if this makes sense. It will work, its just that the one bolt onteh o2 housing will have very little threads in the bolt. One thing you can do is look for a thinner but so you can get more threads in it, or just customize/weld up something quick like. I attache a evo mani/16g/evo o2 and N1 3" back and made it all work perfectly without modifying anything. Hope this helps...

Yeah, I heard some of the 3" DP's will work.

I however had a cheap Megan Racing 3" DP and there was no way in hell it was fitting. that's why i had to cut and re-weld

i have the evo o2 and the n1 downpipe and it will work its just a pain to get it to where you can start screwing the nuts on but once you do tighten each nut a little at a time but it does work you need the 3 inch gasket also
